Live Arrival Guarantee Policy (DOA Guarantee)

At Little Fish, we prioritize the welfare of every fish. We are proud to offer a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Guarantee to ensure complete peace of mind for all our customers.

Terms and Conditions

In the unlikely event that your fish arrives deceased or in poor health due to transit, we will provide a full refund for the fish (Transhipper fees are not included.) or send a replacement (subject to current stock availability) under the following conditions:

  • Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous, unedited video starting from the moment you open the parcel until you have clearly inspected each fish bag.

  • In Case of Loss or Illness: If a fish is found dead or ill upon arrival, "Do not open or cut the bag under any circumstances." Take clear photos and videos showing the fish inside the original, sealed bag.

  • Immediate Notification: All evidence must be submitted to us within 24 hours of the delivery time recorded by the tracking system.

  • Receiver Presence: The guarantee is valid only if the package is received on the first delivery attempt at the specified address. (If delivery is rescheduled or the courier cannot contact the recipient, we reserve the right to void the guarantee).

How to File a Claim

  1. Submit your video and photo evidence.

  2. Provide your Order Number.

  3. Our team will promptly review your claim and process a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Our Recommendation: After receiving your fish, please follow the proper acclimation and temperature-adjustment procedures before releasing them into their new home.
